The Reconnecting Neighborhoods Plan* is a summary of the community vision for the crossings, and is a result of long-term community engagement from 2017-2020. It focuses on the five main crossings of I-94 in the area: Cedar Avenue South, 20th Avenue South, the pedestrian bridge near 22nd Avenue South, 25th Avenue South, and Riverside Avenue.
