CURRENT PROJECTS

The Historic Coliseum Building

A restored 1917 Lake Street landmark redeveloped through community ownership to support BIPOC entrepreneurs and advance equitable, community-rooted real estate after 2020.

2800 East Lake

In partnership with Ever-Green Energy, we are exploring a district aquifer thermal energy storage (ATES) system that would provide efficient, low-emission heating and cooling to buildings on this site and nearby, including the recently restored Historic Coliseum Building. This will become a community-owned utility, reducing dependence on fossil fuels and keeping energy dollars circulating locally.
