View ProjectIn partnership with Ever-Green Energy, we are exploring a district aquifer thermal energy storage (ATES) system that would provide efficient, low-emission heating and cooling to buildings on this site and nearby, including the recently restored Historic Coliseum Building. This will become a community-owned utility, reducing dependence on fossil fuels and keeping energy dollars circulating locally.
View ProjectAs a final piece of the larger Seward Commons development, Wadaag Commons will be a 39-unit housing development that is both affordable and welcoming to the many diverse communities that call South Minneapolis home.
View ProjectWhat could a diverse, thriving, transit-oriented community look like? Redesign has spent over 15 years bringing this vision to life.
