SERVICE AREA
Redesign Inc. is a geographically-based nonprofit Community Development Corporation working in the five neighborhoods of Greater Longfellow in Minneapolis, MN. Our service area is bounded by Hiawatha Avenue (west), I-94 (north), and the Mississippi River (east).

Coliseum Restoration
The Historic Coliseum Building is an 80,000 square foot office and retail building located in Downtown Longfellow. This Historic structure has long been a destination for community commerce. Today, we have renovated it into a beacon for BIPOC entrepreneurs and small businesses.

As a final piece of the larger Seward Commons development, Wadaag Commons will be a 39-unit housing development that is both affordable and welcoming to the many diverse communities that call South Minneapolis home.

The 2843 Building
2843 26th Ave S will soon be the home of a new production brewery for Du Nord Social spirits. The goal of this project is to create generational wealth for BIPOC small business owners by equitable redevelopment of a site that was damage in the civil unrest due to the murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police.
