Planning process convened by the City for organizations and community members surrounding the Franklin Avenue and Cedar/Riverside LRT stations; planning in Seward was led by Redesign with East Phillips and Ventura Village again participating. The plan expanded on the work of the Franklin LRT Task Force. There was controversy surrounding the siting of the LRT Shops and Yards at the Franklin Station. The final plan recommended street reconfigurations and a development plan focused primarily on a large scale office building in the northwest quadrant of the station area including structured parking above the Shops and Yards parking lot.
