Joint process of Seward Redesign, Seward Neighborhood Group and Seward Civic and Commerce Association; updated the vision for Franklin Avenue based on core values of identity, good design, local economy, multi-modal movement, stewardship & safety and Seward as a green community; placed strong emphasis on enhancing walking, biking and transit connections including the Franklin station area and the redevelopment of the Bystrom Brothers site, now named Seward Commons.
