As a final piece of the larger Seward Commons development, Wadaag Commons will be a 32-unit housing development that is both affordable and welcoming to the many diverse communities that call South Minneapolis home.  Built thoughtfully with families in mind, Wadaag Commons will include three and four bedrooms units that are in very high demand.  Wadaag Commons is a co-development project in partnership with Noor Companies, a Somali-American, woman-owned social enterprise.  The word Wadaag means “sharing” or “community” in Somali.
