Rising Cedars was the first housing project to be developed in the master-planned Seward Commons multi-phase project, developed in partnership with Project for Pride in Living and Touchstone Mental Health. This permanent supportive housing project includes 40 handicaps accessible one-bedroom units for individuals with persistent mental illness. The project also includes the regional headquarters of service provider Touchstone Mental Health and a thoughtful design inside and out that promotes wellness for residents, including a healing garden and courtyard which is programmed with services for residents.
